If TenderMitra terminates users, users' members will not have the rights to join or re-enroll TenderMitra under the new name or account unless formally invited to do so by Tendermitra. In case of any termination, no membership charges are refunded. The users acknowledge the inability to use the website partially or wholly for whatever reason has adverse effects on the business.
